Bug 2021.3.15f1 shadow cascade bug

    Hello,

    After an upgrade from 2021.3.12f1 to 2021.3.15f1, this graphical bug is now occurring. There is a band of either full dark or full bright lighting (reverse of what it actually should be, it seems) appearing at the border edges of each shadow cascade. This bug only shows in a release build, not in editor.

    Example images from both versions in the same scene/view attached, screenshots captured in release builds.

    a better image of the bug - occurs at any shadow distance and appears mostly on grasses and trees, but not everything that has alpha. This is in URP, version 12.1.8.

    should add that the issue occurs only on terrain details and terrain trees, not regular game objects or the terrain itself
