Bug (2021.2b16 Apple Silicon) Heavy artifacting in game window and builds

    I am using the Apple silicon build of 2021.2b16 using HDRP and I am getting pretty heavy artifacting in the game window and in builds. The flash effect below is using the builtin HDRP Lit shader. I have tried turning off AA and post-processing (except exposure). I wasn't getting the same artifacting with 2021.2b11 URP. Is this an issue with the beta build and are there any workarounds?
