2021.2b1 with HDRP crash on close

    Both with editor and standalone build. When you close it the crash handler pops up. The same version with URP doesn't seem to have this problem.

    I have URP with that problem and it's persisted throughout the entire beta through each version so far.

    Same, with URP + WebGL. Every single version crashes on editor exit.

    Worse, it loads the default packages in each time too that I don't want :p
