2021.1.0b12 not opening on macOS

    I just downloaded the latest beta `2021.1.0b12` , when I try to open a project with it, nothing happens.

    When I go `show in finder`, and open the app from `/Applications/Unity/Hub/Editor/2021.1.0b12/Unity.app` it will bounce in the dock for a while and then close.
    It looks like the editor is crashing on startup.

    macOS 1015.7

    Anyone else seeing this issue?
