2020 progress timers show how slow the editor is

    Playing around with 2020 I really like that everything has progress bars rather than just hanging there doing who knows what!
    However it also shows how slow the editor has got, particularly with its start-up timers.

    It takes 2 and half minutes to make a new 3D project for me (was not on an ssd but still!)
    A new HDRP project was over 6 minutes (big template gets thrown in - does it have to be?)

    Hoping this gets faster or my few-years-old i7 laptop is just too slow these days!

    Running on a Lonovo, i5 10th Gen, few month old. 40 seconds to create a new 3D blank project!.

    Didnt know mechanical disks was a thing in 2020 outside storage that is :D
