    Hi,

    Not sure if it bug or I don't know how to use it :) on W10 when creating animatons on animator window, can't move, state animation box, mouse just selects it but position is hard fixed..... And can't connect with arrow to another state, Not sure if it is in unity img gui container.....

    It's a bug. Will be fixed in 2020.1.0a26.

    b1 already exists internally as seen on issue reports so would expect that or b2 to be next 2020.1 release.
