Bug 2020.1.0a24 Graphics API list on android no longer drag and drop or deleteable

    Reported at (Case 1223613) Unable to change or remove/add Graphics APIs in Player settings menu

    As the title says, very simple, in this editor version you can no longer drag and drop between OpenGLES3.0 and Vulkan on android player settings.
