[2020.1.0a20] Aren't in-project packages supposed to be automatically updated on project upgrade?

    My question is all in the title.

    I upgraded a project from 2020.1.0a19 to 2020.1.0a20 and noticed that the packages used by the project have to be manually updated. I'm not sure I had to do that before.
