2020.1.0a11 - Resizing Animator window panels does not hold...

    ... never has whatever the version of Unity.

    How to reproduce:
    1. open the Animator window (Window/Animation/Animator),
    2. resize the panels by dragging the border that seperate them,
    3. close the Animator window or enter Play mode,
    4. go back or reopen the Animator window, the window layout is back to its original state.
