2019.4 URP mixed mode spot light doesn't cast shadow on static geometry

    Maybe it's me doing something really wrong here.

    But please have a look at screenshots. Directional light behaves as expected, while spot refuses to cast a shadow on static geometry.

    There currently are only 2 light types supporting real-time shadowing, and one of the two doesn't cast shadows on static geometry
