2019.3's SceneVisibilityManager picking and visibility flags don't work for DontSave objects

    Hi guys,
    The new feature of Unity 2019.3 allowing to show/hide and enable/disable picking per GameObject via the hierarchy window is great. But it doesn't seem to work with GameObjects with editor flags HideFlags.DontSave.
    I tried using both the hierarchy windows and the scripting API.
    Why is that, and is there any workaround?
