2019.3 Incorrect resolution in build regardless player settings

    Native resolution is off and its then set to 720p and Full Screen
    The resulting exe is native res and not 720p.
    Monitor native is 4k.

    You're doing this in code? If so, show the code.

    And since you mentioned 2019.3, does that mean this is a new issue in 2019.3 that wasn't happening in 2019.2?

    Now im doing it by code because is not working through player prefs. I dont recall this happening before but I cant asure is happening in other versions.
