2019.3.1f1 silently fails to instal from Hub 2.2.2

    Hi there, trying to upgrade to 1f1 and it fails each time I am trying to install it from the Hub.

    I can pick it from available installs (I am installing only windows IL2CPP build), it starts doing something (progress bar moving) but then it just stops, 2019.3.1f1 card is not visible in the Hub, no files installed in the Editor directory...

    What to do, how to continue with the life?
