2019.3.0f3 import asset very slow and use lots of memory

    We try to upgrade unity from 2017.4 to 2019.3.0. Every time open the project for the first time (or reimport all ), it becomes very slow after some time, and the memory usage grows rapidly.
    Can't find any solutions or known issues any where. Any clues from any body?
    btw, adb v1 is used.

    My bad, the issue I shared seems to be with ADBV2 only while I initially thought it was affecting both.
