Bug 2019.3.0f1

    I updated my project to this version, I found 2 problems, scripts do not show public variables in the inspector, after compiling the game and opening, sometimes crashes the computer, yes, the system freezes, the monitor image disappears, the keyboard and mouse erases , the sound hangs, has to force shutdown, happens only in this version when the game is compiled, my project is large and uses HDRP.

    The current version is 2019.3 0f3. You are two versions behind.

    Well, one since I don't believe f2 ever released to the public.

    But yeah, OP should update to latest and try again.
