I'm experiencing infinity shader compilation loop when I launch Unity Editor (3.0b6).
I have not experienced this problem in previous versions.
Is there anybody who has the same problem?

Could you please submit a bug report for this issue, ideally with a minimal reproduction project?

The bug reporter is a standalone executable. You can find it in the directory where you have Unity installed.
    https://unity3d.com/unity/qa/bug-reporting

Might make sense to create an issue for this on Github as well.

This doesn't occur in previous 2019.3.0b5, so I submitted a report. (Case 1189648)

If there is a temporary solution to fix this, can anyone tell me how?

Is there any issue tracker link? Because this bug must be high priority. I will not download any of new versions without checking forum after 1 week. Because they don't check it. I use unity hub. If i install b5, i have to downgrade and i may have to bake all lightmaps or don't know how it may affect it. So i'll just wait for new version.

QA is still processing it. It will appear on the Issue Tracker if they are able to reproduce it.

Same issue here. Importing Autodesk Interactive XXX.shadergraph does not complete.

Deleting the library folder should fix the problem as a workaround for now.

Are you using the Google Play plugin in your project? If not, it would be good if you could submit a bug report with a repro.

This fixes the problem only for the first start. After restarting Unity again, the problem reappears, which means you have to remove Library folder everytime you start Unity

I didn't delete library. Because i have lots of data like occlusion, navigation etc. So i have been waiting for next release. Just vote the issue for higher priority.

I can confirm that this happens without the Google Play Pluging too... (I'm on the Mac by the way), will be difficult to send you guys a repro Project though as I don't know what causes it, and to be able to further investigate I would need to delete the library several times (reimport takes a day with our 70gb project....)

@Onat-H Same. My project is smaller but Unity still takes 10 minutes to launch on my recent MacBook Pro. Removing the library makes those 10 minutes become about 4 hours. That’s when it works. Half my time using Unity is spent waiting for it to launch again after a crash.

What works much faster than deleting the library is actually opening the project in b5, and then upgrading to b6 again. Since it's a minor downgrade/upgrade, the editor doesn't reimport the assets, which saves a lot of time.

Good news, the devs have identified the cause of the problem and a fix is in review.

It's not going to be in b7, b9 looks more likely.

An another part of unity launch code may interfere with your plugin.
How about submitting a bug report once again?

Yes b10 made no change in our case, the same bug is still present. What's the best way to create a minimal repo project for something like this? We don't even know the cause for it, and the full project is more than 70gb....

    Creating a reproduction project:
There's a stripping tool that you can use to remove assets from (a copy of) the project. Use that to strip assets that you think are not related and then check whether the issue still reproduces. You can also revert the stripping with the tool in case the issue no longer reproduces. Setting up a local cache server with the accelerator package will speed up the reimport process.

Alternatively, you can also attach Visual Studio to the editor and break the execution when the hang occurs. Then send us the callstack.
