[2019.3.0] Tracked Object Manager missing

Hi,

I installed the plugins AR Foundation 3.0.1 and AR Subsystem 3.0.0. According to the manual (https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.xr.arfoundation@3.0/manual/tracked-object-manager.html) there should be a AR Tracked Object Manager component. But in my case the script does not exist. Neither typing it as new component nor as script under Packages/AR Foundation/Runntime/AR.

I also encountered the same bug with Unity 2019 3.2f1, AR Foundation 3.0.1 and AR Subsystem 3.0.0.
