[2019.2] Constant CPU usage within the Editor, while doing nothing

    Hello,

    I just upgraded to 2019.2.4f1 from 2019.1.14f1, as well as to Unity HUB 2.1.1 (from 2.0.3 or 4 ?).

    Now, Unity is constantly taking around 10% of my CPU (Intel I7@4ghz), while the previously it was taking less than 1% when idling.

    Of course, there's no script compilation nor lighting calculation.

    I tried to close & reopen the editor many times, tried with my big game project and my small game project, launched Unity directly or from the Hub, the CPU usage was always there.

    Then to compare with 2019.1, I launch the 2019.1 editor, and voilà, the CPU usage in 2019.2 instantly fell down to less than 1%..! :eek:
