2019.2.3f1 - Android NDK Missing... yet not

    Trying to do a build on Android on v 2019.2.3f1 on a Mac and it keeps giving the "NDK Missing" alert message.

    The Path is set to the Hub-installed version, which is confirmed to be android-ndk-r16b and is located in the following path:
    Macintosh HD > Applications > Unity > Hub > Editor > 2019.2.3f1 > PlaybackEngines > AndroidPlayer > NDK > android-ndk-r16b

    If I deselect the checkbox to not use the hub installed version link, and try to Browse the button does nothing. I can press the Browser button on the SDK and choose, but the NDK button is not responsive.

    Please advise.
