2019.2.1f1 zooming vertically when editing curves within timeline does not work

    Reported as a bug, the documentation says "To zoom vertically, move the scroll-wheel, or hold Alt and Right-drag."

    This only zooms horizontally in timeline when viewing curves.

    The only workaround is to open the animation window and switch to curves, but it is time consuming and loses the location each time.

    This must be fixed ASAP, none of the silly vote to fix issues!
