Bug (2019.1.0f2) Low Editor fps after playtest

    For some reason, after stopping playtesting the game, I get really low fps in the editor.
    I used the profiler to see what is going on and something went wrong with sceneUpdate or EditorUI, I am not sure.

    I saved the file for you to check. (The smooth performance is when I move my mouse around)
