2019.1.0f2 Errors on new project or project upgrade.

    I am unable to use unity 2019.1 on my desktop (it works fine on my laptop as it doesn't have the same issue)

    I've attached my editor.log as log.txt

    With this error the package manager is also unavailable.

    I've not found any solution online anywhere, though i do see others having this issues with prior releases.

    Anyone? It looks like it's trying to recompile editor packages on the fly for some reason just looking at the logs. Which doesn't make any sense to me.
