2019.1.0a10 doesn't "remember" size and position at start

Well, everything is in the title so what to add? When I started 2019.1.0a10 the first time it was cramped on the top left of my screen, I set it to "full screen" and generally I have to do that only one time but it doesn't work in this version.

I'm using Windows 7 SP1 and my screen is scaled, if this can help.

I made an experiment. I started 2019.1.0a10 and closed it without setting it "full screen"; then I restarted. Each time I restart it and do not set it full screen, the smaller the editor is; after four restarts, it's now a quarter of my screen and the title bar is off screen.

Follow up: I just launched 2019.1.0a10; as usual it was small on the top left of my screen and the X, minimise and maximise button were barely visible.

Wanting to set the editor full screen, I accidentally hit the minimise button, the editor minimised and when I maximised it, it displayed full screen.

 

Problem fixed in 2019.1.0a11, Windows 7 SP1.

 

Not fixed on macOS. Bug report sent.
