2018.3 update breaking Post Effects using DX11

    EDIT: Original post below, found it impossible to recreate in a new project to submit a bug report so removed the Post Processing package from our project, deleted the library folder, reloaded the project and re-imported the Post Processing package and everything now seems to work. A classic switch it off and on again fix :p

    Hi folks,

    We’ve been having a load of issues with the post effect stack since updating to 2018.3. Most seem to be caused when using DirectX 11, using a post processing profile with colour grading or AO causes the post effects break and spam the following error:

    Kernel 'MultiScaleVODownsample1' not found

    Also, since version 2.1+ having a post effect layer component on a camera breaks dynamic resolution scaling on all console platforms (when the resolution is lowered the image displayed is stretched offscreen, ie of resolution is halved the image appears to be double the size of the screen).
