Environment is Win 10 Creators Update, French language. I'm getting blank error messages and a "No MonoBehaviour scripts" error despite everything being perfectly functional on 18.2. What's even stranger is that I've got another dev onboard who's not getting any issues on his system.

    Things I've tried:
    • Reimport All
    • Double-clicking the blank error messages (does nothing)
    • Switching to VS2017
    • Reinstalling VS2017
    • Rebuilding the solution
    • Deleting then rebuilding the solution
    • Reinstalling Unity
    • Pulling again from my repo (works fine on another dev's system)
    • Moving then moving back all scripts (blank error messages still there)
    • Deleting the Temp/bin directory
    • Deleting then reinstalling Unity
    • Deleting then recloning from the repo
    • Making a new project (blank errors still there)

No dice. I'm out of ideas.

  2. Your best bet is

Although it says you have 7 errors, what is the 7th?

Maybe just try to delete the Library folder in the project folder? (Just random thoughts, I have no idea if it helps)

Error 7 is another one related to PhysX. Should've added deleting Library to the "tried" list.

e: aaaaand the "report a bug" dropdown option does literally nothing.

I'm having exactly the same issue, with version 2019.1.6f1, also Windows 10: I've tried
    • Reinstalling Unity
    • Reinstalling Visual Studio (2017)
    • Reinstalling Unity Hub
    • Removing the license, adding the license again
But with no luck. It happens with all projects, even with an empty one. Also, a curious thing: 'Package Manager' has also disappeared from the window menu.

It started to happen suddenly, I was working on a project and suddenly this error appeared.

    Thanks!

Same! It started happening to me today out of the blue. I've tried:
    - Reinstalling Unity
    - Updating Visual Studio 2019
    - Updating to Unity 2019.2.14f1
    - Installing Win10 Updates
    - Updating Java and .NET Runtime

The issue first appeared about 15 minutes after updating the Hub.

Blank projects, old projects, new projects - all of them have the issue and I can't get any work done.
