Apple are rejecting macOS binaries built with the current Unity release – 2018.3.2f1. The reason is due to Unity linking against the GameKit framework when Game Center is not used (if you use Game Center it won't be an issue).
The issue tracker states that this issue has been fixed in the currently unreleased 2019.1 release — https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/is...-room-is-not-used-app-store-rejects-the-build.

As 2019.1 is still in alpha, is it possible to merge this fix into the next 2018.3 release/patch? If so, when can we expect this fix?

We are currently unable to release because of this issue so any response from a Unity developer would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.
