2018.3 big mistakes

    Create a new project and errors. I downloaded FPSSample-master and a lot of errors of the engine itself. I can not run more than one project, even a new one.

    No 2018.3 Package manager.

    Try changing your Scripting Runtime Version to avoid the repeated date-only errors.
