Bug 2018.2 -> 2018.3 broke mouse wheel zoom

    I noticed that the mouse wheel is acting strangely in Unity 2018.3.

    When I rotate it towards me, the scene view zooms out.
    When I rotate it away from me, the scene view makes a quick step in, then back out.

    This wasn't the case with Unity 2018.2

    System info:
    • Gentoo, kernel 4.14.63
    • KDE 5 Plasma 5.12.5 / 18.04.3
    • NVidia proprietary drivers 396.54
