Bug 2017.3.0p2 install stalls (likely network issue)

    - Ubuntu 16.04
    - behind company firewall with internet access through a proxy
    - gui doesn't list any components after agreeing to the license
    - command line version stalls (but with --verbose shows 'Beginning unattended installation to /opt/Unity, downloading packages to ./Downloads/unity_tmp' )
    - running with just the -L flag runs a long time and eventually returns 'no components found'

    I don't know if anyone sorted this out. I have the same issue...
