200 MB fbx file using 100% of 16 GB of ram (and still not enough for him) to exporting to unity

    200 MB fbx file are using 100% of 16 GB of ram (and still not enough for him) to exporting animations and rigs to unity i don't know what to do to exporting this file should i buy one of NASA super computer so i can exporting a small file to unity or what ?

    A 200 MB .fbx file is rather large (well I would say it's way too large), and 16GB of RAM is tiny these days. Can you break down your model into smaller models so that Unity doesn't need to process such a large model?

    are there any addon i can use for that ? i have a 10 character with 10 rigs and about 10 animation for every rig to that's will take along of time to done

    Not really and not really.

    OP I see you are using Linux. Not sure if Unity’s Linux builds are any good, maybe they use too much ram?
