Having updated my PC Oculus App I now have problems with unity editor freezing for 20 seconds running my code. Update was done in January of 2024

    I tried using Editor 2022.1.20f1 and 2021.3.4f1
Whist developing code I have to hit the play button after I make a code change. However, every time the editor freezes (unable to stop play) for 20 seconds then the project runs normally.

This happens with previous builds and brand new projects so its not a code change or project change causing it.

    Versions
    Unity Hub 3.7.0
    Meta Link App Version 62.0.0.235.346
    Editor 2022.1.20f1
    Open XR Plugin 3.0.2
    XR Interaction Toolkit 2.2.0
    XR Plugin Management 4.2.1

Looking at a snip of the logs I found the point at which the problem occurs.

    At 21:06:45 Loading Plugin
At 21:07:05 The loading process continues normally.

So it appears to be Loading plugin UnityOpenXR for subsystem OpenXR Display
I've changed nothing in the code. Where do I start please?

Editor.Log snip from C:\Users\micro\AppData\Local\Unity\Editor (Full Log Attached)

    UPDATE!
I had another machine and it worked just fine.
However, the Oculus App warned me my drivers were out of date!

I updated the drivers and did a computer restart.
Now the problem is on my other machine. So it's associated with the Oculus Update!

Have the same issue. Everything was ok with Desktop v60, then long play-mode-enter-time with simple scene and v62 desktop. Quest 3 is on v60. My Quest 2 is already v62 and enters instantly.
