2-5x increase in crashes from Samsung devices on Android 4.4.2

    Short update, we now have a fix for issue 655263. It will probably go into Unity 4.6.4p1.
    But I'm pretty sure that not all of the crashes discussed in this thread are caused by the same problem.

    That sounds good. I am still seeing some rare crashes and strange behavior.

    When will it hit the 5.0 line?

    Patch 4.6.4p1 was released but I don't see it in patch notes:( Does it contain fix?

    When will this fix go live? Is there a 4.6.4p2 coming down the pipe soon? It's listed as fixed in 4.6.5. I'm getting quite a lot of crash issues in 4.6.3p2. I was going to try to go back to 4.3.4 today but discovered some newer plugins (ie parse) are no longer compati

    from my points of understanding, android 4.4.2 uses more RAM. You should optimize your memory usage because only 25% Androids have 2GB or more and only few models (I think not more 1% ) has more than 2GB. If you want to release app in few mothns it should fit in 1GB.

    On Unity 5.3 we got this issue when using any kind of stripping level from project settings.
