    Hi,

    maybe someone can help me.
As my next project, I plan a 2.5D Platformer and the art and style of the game schould be something like Ron Gilberts The Cave.
As you can see in the attached Picture below, all platforms where the character can move on looks like they are cutted and it is
possible to see whats inside the platform the player is stand on.

My question is, is it possible to create this type of game style with the Synty Studios Poligon Assets like Poligon Knights Pack https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/environments/fantasy/polygon-knights-pack-83694? (Because I'm a really bad 3D Model designer).
Or I have to create the platform assets for my own?
Is there maybe a way to combine/transform the existing Synty Studio assets to archive this game style?

    BR

If you're asking about a specific asset, or for that matter any "how to" question, then it's not really a Game Design question. You should find the forum thread about that asset, and ask there. Or contact the asset author directly.

If you bought a power drill, could you build a pergola?

Not if you expect the power drill to magically do all the work.
