18.1 crashes on first load of any project (993909)

    The second load works, but it's a bit annoying when swapping between two projects because project loading in 18.1 is slow.
    This is the console error on second load.

    Same thing here, can only load the project every second time.
    Looks like the Collab stuff isn't happy. Too busy to submit a bug report though so here's an editor log snippet.

    The error message is not related to the crash. The crashes should be fixed in b5. Could you please check and also file a separate bug report for the collab errors?
