Hi Guys! Just thought I would see if anyone was interested here before I ebay it.

    Specs are as follows:

    17" Macbook Pro (First Gen)
2.16Ghz Intel Core Duo (not core 2 duo)
    2Gb 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM
    120Gb Harddrive

This machine has had a replacement battery via the Apple Recall Program about 6 months ago so the battery still holds a lot of power. This machine is just over 2 years old and has Apple Care until Dec 09 (I think, will check if anyone is interested!)

This has been an awesome machine to develop Unity (and other content) but is simply too big to commute with so I'm looking at a Black MacBook to replace it.

I would be looking for around £850 but will consider sensible offers.

What kind of graphics power does it hold and does anyone know how that holds up compared to the new macbook? What is the physical condition of the unit?

Oops! Bit of core information there! it has a ATI RadeonX1600 graphics card with 256mb VRAM, capable of 1680 X 1050 screen resolution.

The unit has minimal scratches, very good condition for a 2yr old machine and comes in the original box, with Tiger Install Discs (but with a freash leopard install if needed), DVI adaptor and power lead etc.

Does it come with Leopard install discs too or is it pirated?

No its not pirated. I have a retail version of Leopard i bought last year and dont intend to sell with it. It comes with the original Tiger Discs that came with it.
