17 errors from installing post processing

I just installed post processing and I get 17 errors out of the box. I tried Unity 2017 f1 and Unity 2017 f3. I tried the post processing version off the asset store and V1 from github. All give me the exact same errors. Not sure what is going on. Here is a screen shot of some of the errors.

 

So no one else has any errors? It works fine for everyone else.

 

Following the manual and tutorials, I can't even load the effects- when I click on Add Component, and type in "post"- Post Processing Behavior doesn't show up
