[159][VFX] Impact effect

    Hi all,

    I did some initial work on the codecks card for the impact effects. I tried to do something pretty simple in the style of windwaker or breath of the wild. You can see an example below:



    The concept art for the VFX showed that the particle would alter it's shape to match the forward vector of the hit. I did a sample of what this could look like, shown below:



    IMO, the cone is much less legible, because the particle will always have to travel through the body of the unit before it will be visible. Anyways, hope this is good for folks and any feedback is welcome :)
