    Same here, tested on MacOS Ventura and Windows 11, same thing:
    1 - launch Unity Hub by clicking the app icon.
    2 - on windows nothing happens, on MacOS the icon is jumping in the dock...
    3 - after 15 seconds the Unity Hub windows appear and shows the logo.
    4 - 5 seconds more to see the project list.

    Total of 20 seconds to open a window containing a list of project !
