10,000 crash reports

    hi

    crash and exceptions reports can see 10,000 reports per day, how can i get more?

    Hi @SmartGamesLtd, our Support Engineer had a chance to respond to your ticket already, but to reiterate for others that have a similar question, the 10,000 report per day quota is enforced to ensure the integrity and stability of the service and we can only raise quotas under very exceptional circumstances. If you feel that your situation is unique and warrants a higher quota than please submit a Support Ticket, like you did, and we will pass that request along to our Product Manager.

    @ryanc-unity any good suggestion for us to take this 10,000 back to our local for more detailed analysis? We have a hard time to get all individual crash data back to our own database for deeper analysis.

    Hi @NealZhangAofL, I'm afraid there aren't any updates from our team at the moment. I responded to your other question regarding the availability of an API that I think will offer a better alternative to your needs.
