Bug 1.16.16 Bundle Naming Can't be Filename. Probably shouldn't be "Verified"

    You have to have Bundle Naming set to Append Hash to Filename. If you use Filename then the editor works, but builds fail to load addressable assets. At least it's broken for me when I try to load scenes.

    I've seen a couple of threads where this was probably the root cause. In one a Unity dev mentions that this issue is known. Why keep this information secret? Maybe there should be a known issues section in the documentation for "Verified" packages. Don't keep this information a secret!
