I got this message repeated 5 times on the console (2018.2.02f). Not sure what triggered it, but when I hit play the editor complaints all compile error have to be fixed before entering play mode.

I deleted the Library folder in order to force a rebuild, but then the Package Manager disappeared from the menu and I'm getting this error:

(0,0): Unable to start the incremental compiler service:System.Exception: Subscribe exception: EAGAIN(11): Resource temporarily unavailable

The only way to recover was to edit the Packages' manifest.json and delete the incremental compiler entry.

Try right-clicking your asset folder from within Unity and click "reimport all". This is basically the same as deleting and rebuilding your Library folder, but may include a few additional steps that might solve your issue.

The reimport process did not work for me, I had to delete the package folder(or the manifest file), then the package manager tab is there again. The reason why this is happening for me is that I didn't imported the increment compiler and only imported entities system.
