Actually, the elbows in VR IK work fairly well by default. It's in FBBIK that I can't get good results...
Yeah, that old trick never works well. Might be ok for knees, but for elbows it can't really work unless you do a special custom constraint...
It would also be good to have an option to have the knees stay parrallel to the foot, at least to a certain percentage..., right now knee and foot...
