I've just got this bug after upgrading to PPS 2.1.0. I'm using Unity 2018.2.17f1 and Cinemachine 2.2.7, both installed via package manager....
Same here, though it appears to work in the editor, but not in the builds.
Seems okay for me in 2018.2.7f1.
