there is a script but all it does is OnCollisionEnter and plays a sound i probably adjusted the physics settings. thank you i will try more iterations

They must set unity_ObjectToWorld to identity??? I worked around by copying over unity_ObjectToWorld in the vertex shader //to the shader...
