I think your distribution is not dense enough when it comes to parts with sudden lighting changes, coming from light to shadow and vice versa....
Why don't you import native .blend files into Unity? In any case, set Blender to meters in World parameters and be sure to apply your object...

Probably not sorting your problem, but worth noting....I think you should disable the Precomp. Realtime GI, as it is not supported.
