i had the same issue, just changed the Update Mode to Unscaled Time and its working perfectly.
I had this problem as well, I believe it was related to upgrading a project to a new version of unity. I resolved it by deleting the .csproj files...
Go to build player settings-->Publishing settings and set Release to dropdown Gradle experimental and hit build,worked for me.

in project settings,their is file with name ProjectVersion.txt you can find it out their
