Is this a problem with asset bundles or addressables? I've noticed non-determinism when I haven't even touched my Library folder too.. ugh.
Actually its the project name. I guess this is not as important but I think it can still be fixed quite easily.
If I change my projects location, and build my addressables, all of the asset bundle hashes change.
Actually, oddly enough, I'm getting this same issue in 2020.3 when using Addressables package.
