We had the same issue, dirty-rectangle's solution worked! Go to Assets/FacebookSDK/Plugins/Editor/Dependencies.xml and set every FBSDK to "=5.8"...

Don't know about you but I had to remove both the Analytics and TextMesh Pro packages to get it to work. I'm on a Macbook using Unity 2019.2.0a14...
Nice! Might I ask what is the expected timeframe for C#? Is it in the order of 3, 6 or 12 months? It sounds like a monolithic task!
