Try to delete de .csproj and .sln files. Unity will regenerate those files. That worked for me.

You don't need to change any script. Just click play and the bar Reloading Assemblies pops up and holds the editor for about half a minute....

Everytime the application runs a file called BillingMode.json is generated in Resources. There are no In-App Purchases and the service is OFF.
