For commonly included fonts like Arial that isn't an issue, but this is a wrinkle devs need to be aware of.
You could very likely run Unreal Engine 4 comfortably on that thing. It'd likely do game development easily, honestly it almost sounds like it...
Maybe the scammer got lucky. Maybe something got hacked. If you think it's an issue you should raise it with the Unity security guys.

Godot is also a fast-moving target (live debugging for example, has been implemented in the source code).

Activision-Blizzard? I know about Snowdrop, Frostbite, CryEngine and RED etc, but as far as I know Activision-Blizzard does not have it's own engine.
